Team Leadership
I believe in designing and streamlining processes, in order to liberate more creative time for designers. Calendars and organisation must be optimal, to guarantee an efficient delivery, a smooth workflow and a high level of cross-functional collaboration. Owning the full creation process drive accountability: each member of the team feels seen and essential.

Creative Process Leadership
From the seasonal kick-off, I guide and manage the design, color and materials strategy to strike a balance between creativity, cost efficiency, commerciality and product tiering. Together, we are gathering creative ideas through inspirational trips, trend presentations, online research, sourcing travel and exhibitions. I facilitate workshops to identify common themes, palettes, design ideas, and material assortments. I conduct weekly reviews with managers to present, refine and challenge design propositions and collection construction, ensuring a structured and cohesive offer. We collaborate to review samples and pricing, to deliver a relevant and inspiring collection.

Product & Trend Strategy
I prioritize consistency and consolidation. By optimizing material usage and leveraging color intelligence, I ensure each piece resonates with our target audience. I conduct thorough sample reviews and validate designs through cost challenges, all while weaving storytelling and inspiration into the process. This method contextualizes designs through consumer profiles, aligning them with the right emotions to create impactful collections.
